It is called the ESTA Care program.
It’s all detailed in a specially prepared video and a book that your Customer Service Manager will give you during the settlement process of your home.This book is individually compiled to match your home and the appliances and facilities it contains.
In it you will find details of every section of your home: how to maintain it, who is responsible for what, and what you need to know to keep everything operating smoothly. It even outlines how to go about your three-month final inspection and handover.It is a complete instruction manual for your new home.
